How much does a full renovation cost?
It depends on the starting condition and what you keep. The estimator above gives a range in thirty seconds; the quote is done item by item after a free visit.
What renovation grants exist?

How does a repair after damage work?
The file is built with your insurer or broker: report, detailed quote, schedule, then handover. You do not advance costs without knowing what is covered.
